Ang palagi kong problema sa long run ay pag nabasa ang medyas ko. Walang 10mins paltos na talampakan ko. Nagamit ko siya Compressport Forest Run 2017 halos buong 42km ay basa medyas at sapatos ko dahil maputik madulas at Takbo Ph 20miler. Hindi maging sagabal ngayon ang hapdi at sakit ng paltos. Kulubot lang ang talampakan ko dahil sa pagkababad sa tubig pero walng paltos!
